Pacific Ocean Wave Splashing on Rock in Monterey, California

While on the 17 Mile drive to Carmel by the Sea, my friends and I stopped at various points along the way. This photo was along a really cool section of the beach. The wind was picking up a little bit and their were some neat water splashes from the incoming waves!
