I took this photo of Mount Rainier on our approach to Panhandle Gap. There was a cold breeze and fresh snow on the ground. We were warm when we were walking, but as soon as we stopped for a drink or rest, we became cold. Quickly.
After we finished The Wonderland Trail, our scheduled bus picked us up and we began the drive back to civilization.
