When I was visiting friends in Virginia this past summer we made it a point to see some of the historical sites in the area. One of which included the Mariner's Museum. This is an image of 1 of the 4 Lion Statues on the bridge, which is really a dam that creates Lake Maury and provides a great view of the James River.
On a trip to Monterey, California visiting a friend I stopped over at Santa Cruz to check out the beach and boardwalk. The park was closed but it looked pretty cool!
