I was on a trip visiting a good friend of mine in Monterey and off of one of the many piers in Monterey we witnessed this school (properly known as a harem), of Sea Lions! I'm almost positive they are Sea Lions and not seals! :) I double checked with this website: Seals vs. Sea Lions
